A problem with your order?

How Do I Return a Package?
If you need to return your merchandise, please contact info@jardininfusions.com within 10 days of receipt. Our customer service department will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to ship your merchandise back to us for a prompt refund.
We offer a 10-DAY return policy on all of our products in new and unused condition for a refund of the purchase price less the cost of shipping. (If your item came with a free gift, the gift must also be returned in new, unused condition to receive a full refund). For your protection, please ship the item, along with a copy of the packing slip.
